Progetto CMR contributes to Jihua Destination Center —— Changchun Destination Center construction has started recently

Changchun Destination Center ceremony was held on May 6th in Changchun economic technological development zone. This project aims to create a new life experience center gathering interior extreme sports, fashion luxury shopping center and high quality hotel. Xinxing Cathay International Group board chairman, Secretary Zhongming Liu, Changchun Vice Mayor Xugui Bai, Jihua Group Corporation General Manager Xuecheng Li, Italian GA Group CEO Luca Bastagli and Progetto CMR Beijing Design Director Patrizio Tonini attended the ceremony.

State-owned Key Enterprise— Xinxing Cathay International Group which is among the Fortune Global 500 cooperates with Italian leading company Arcotecnica Group which is one of the global four Outlets operators to develop this project. PCMR will contribute to this project based on its 12 years’ developing experience in China not only to ensure project design meets the management requirements, but also to achieve the high quality in the design process in line with China regulations. Project design style shows an amazing integration of both eastern and western culture. Changchun project will meet the growing consumer demand of middle and high consumption crowd in Changchun and northeast region. With overall plan and step by step construction, the project will be open in 2015.

In sports hub, it is the first time to import most interesting entertainment functions such as interior surfing, wing tunnel skydiving, interior climbing and high speed driving which will allow the consumers to gain an excellent sports experience.
