Progetto CMR at the Shanghai International Technology Fair

The 4th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair (CSITF) kicked off on April 21st at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. As the largest Italian integrated design firm, Progetto CMR is invited by the Italian Consulate in Shanghai to join the fair and to showcase its recent works in masterplanning and architectural design.

As a state-backed fair on international trade, the event attracted hundreds of companies both domestic and foreign to demonstrate their scientific and technological prowess. Italy is the guest country of honor at the fair this year.

The projects that Progetto CMR showed on the fair attracted a lot of attentions from the audience and triggered discussion on the technology innovation and global cooperation in real estate industry. The most popular projects include the “Xiantao Big Data Valley Phase 2”, a mixed-use project in Chongqing with over 350,000sqm built area developed to suit the special requirements of the Big Data industry, and “Garibaldi Area”, the first towers designed according to environmentally sustainable criteria in Milan.

The three-day fair also provides trading consultation and project interaction. Nearly 70 Italian companies and research institutes took part in a technology match-marketing conference to discuss with Chinese entrepreneurs.
